What is Required to Qualify?

  • Must be committed to providing quality Home Care by listening to and incorporating caregiver feedback
  • Must maintain an average caregiver Overall Satisfaction score of 8.75 or higher (based on a scale of 1-10)
  • Must perform a minimum of 12 third-party caregiver surveys over a period of six consecutive months
