What the Leader in Experience Award Means

The Leader in Experience Award is reserved for home care organizations that demonstrate consistent excellence across multiple quality and satisfaction measures—for both clients and caregivers. Unlike awards based on nominations or applications, this recognition is earned through independent, third-party interviews and data analysis.

To qualify, at least 10% of Gracepoint Home Care’s clients and caregivers were interviewed every month over a 12-month period. These interviews measured satisfaction across 10 or more key quality metrics, including:
